44 Emirati couples and 55 other couples in the UAE were blessed with new-borns at the Hospital

February 9th, 2019, Ras Al Khaimah: Setting a record of a kind, hundred babies were born at RAK Hospital's Mother and Child Department in just the first month of the year 2019. In all, 44 babies were born to Emirati couples and 56 babies to the other UAE residents with one couple blessed with twins.

Commenting on this milestone, Dr Raza Siddiqui, CEO of Arabian Healthcare Group and Executive Director at RAK Hospital said: “We would like to congratulate all the parents on this happy occasion, and wish the new-borns all the best in life. For RAK Hospital, this is indeed a beautiful start to the year where we have played our part in spreading joy to so many people. The fact that so many couples have trusted us with the ultimate happiness in their lives goes to show their faith in our doctors and nursing staff and we promise to build on this trust”.

George Yani was one of the babies born to Filipino mother Joan Sontag and Lebanese father Georgio Deek. The ecstatic parents said: “We were very happy with the services provided at RAK Hospital where we experienced care and warmth throughout our stay”.

“The doctor and nurses at RAK Hospital treated me with professionalism and motherly care. They made me feel that I am in safe hands. Even during my pain their care helped me face it with confidence. Heartfelt thanks to each one of them,” added Dhaniya P, mother of the young baby Rishika Raj who was born at the hospital.
.
RAK Hospital's Mother and Child Department is consistently gaining popularity among the UAE residents for its personalised and customised approach to pre- and post-natal care and support. The unique program from pre-conception to post delivery and beyond addresses the expectant mother's pregnancy needs and includes individualized birth plans, luxurious spa sessions, ante- and post-natal classes and yoga sessions. New mothers can also avail tailored plans to lose weight with the help of Swiss physiotherapy sessions, spa treatments and other weight loss measures.
