14th March, 2018, ABU DHABI:  UAE-based conglomerate, ALFAHIM, has been confirmed as an official sponsor of Special Olympics IX MENA Games Abu Dhabi 2018 at a signing ceremony in Abu Dhabi today.

As part of the agreement the family-run ALFAHIM will provide 85 vehicles, made up of 70 Mercedes-Benz and 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee cars, to be used for 10 days by Special Olympics committee members, heads of delegations, VIPs and honored guests.

“The Games will be a huge logistical operation and having the support of ALFAHIM in transporting our committee members, delegation heads and VIPs across the different venues will be invaluable to a smooth and successful event.”

At the ceremony, Al Fahim stated, “We are proud to be affiliated with the Special Olympics IX MENA Games and contribute to Abu Dhabi's vision of full inclusion of people of determination in all aspects of life.

“ALFAHIM's endorsement of this grand initiative is perfectly in line with our core value of Humanity and our corporate responsibility strategy which emphasizes the importance of motivating people of determination in pursuing their dreams and enhancing their skillsets. We are confident that such grand leaps by the country for disabled individuals will ensure further tolerance and compassion within our community”.
