About the Hotel
Situated on the Al Murraqabat Street, just a short drive from the Dubai International Airport, five kilometres from the Dubai World Trade Centre and within walking distance of Dubai’s major shopping centres in Deira.

Every one of our 124 studios and two bedroom suites are elegantly designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. You will find each one spacious and well equipped. Every studio is fitted with individual air-conditioning satellite television, IDD telephone with voice mail, hair dryer and kitchenette. Suites provide additional facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen, separate living, and dining areas and two spacious bedrooms.

Facilities : Basement Parking, Business Centre, Babysitting (on request), Visa Arrangements, Currency Exchange, Safe Deposit Boxes, Laundry & Dry-cleaning, Housekeeping, 24-hours Security, Non-smoking Rooms.

Child Policy : 2 Children under 12 years of age sharing parents room will be accommodated free of charge. Should an extra room be required the family will be accommodated in two double rooms, the child’s room will be charged at single occupancy rate and the other room at double occupancy rate. All children below 12 years will receive a 50% discount on the packaged meal plan. The rate for the child breakfast rate would be US$ 07.00. Baby Cot for children below 2 years would be provided free of charge. However, these have to be requested at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy : In the event of individual cancellation received with in 48 hours from date of arrival, or in case of “No Show “ or un-notified late arrival the Hotel, Has the right to charge the TOUR OPRATOR a minimum of one night room charge. This is applicable for an individual reservation, or an individual within a group.
