• To cater your business needs meetings, seminars, training, day outing, corporate parties and banquets. Al Sweihan and Al Jarf conference halls have seating capacity from 10 to 100 guests. We provide overhead and multimedia projectors, TV, video and flipcharts.
Child Policy : one or two children under 12 years of age are accompanying their parents and are occupying an additional room, this additional room will be charged at the single room rate. If staying in the parents room, no extra room charge will be applicable. Children under 12 years of age will enjoy a 50% discount on the meal prices.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellations received 8 days or more prior to arrival, a 20% of the full amount will apply as a cancellation fee.
-If a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival, then an additional 1 night penalty fee will apply.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
