** Calendula oil in Corine de Farme products gives antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties for smoother skin **

September 26, 2021:  Corine de Farme, the award-winning skincare brand from France, offers families products that are formulated with the needs of babies top of mind. Products in the range are enriched with extracts that are 100% natural and they also contain the powerfully soothing calendula. The calendula flower, popularly known as marigold, has been treasured for its ability to heal irritated skin in babies for centuries. Found in almost 200 skincare and cosmetic products available on the market today, the healing powers of calendula flowers include antiseptic, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Calendula-based products go on smooth, leaving no residue behind due to their emulsifying properties. Since babies have delicate skin and are prone to inflammatory and aggravated skin conditions such as nappy rash, atopic dermatitis, cradle cap and minor cuts and grazes, ultra-gentle calendula is regarded as the star herb of choice.

Simple and natural is always best when it comes to caring for your baby's delicate skin. For a mother, to make an informed decision on a product when faced with a complex list of ingredients on a label is no easy task.  The good news is that opting for natural and hypoallergenic ingredients in their skincare routine is one of the best ways to care for and prevent certain skin conditions, as well as protect and nourish a baby's soft, sensitive skin.  For this very reason, Corine de Farme products have long been a mother's best choice. They are tear-free, hypoallergenic, paraben free, dermatologically tested, lightly scented and of great value, which are all the characteristics of trusted products for babies, children and even adults.
Here are a few essential picks for babies & toddlers from Corine de Farme's sulfate-free range, with soothing calendula:

Moisturising Baby Lotion for Sensitive Skin (250ml -AED 15, 500ml -AED 23)
Specially formulated for babies from birth, the Moisturising Baby Lotion is ideal to gently cleanse and protect  a baby's sensitive skin. Its soft formula is enriched with calendula extract known for its soothing and softening properties and with moisturizing vegetable Glycerin. This lotion leaves a baby's skin supple, moisturized and lightly scented.

Body Oil for Sensitive Skin (250ml- AED 16, 500ml-AED 26)
The Body Oil is ideal to share moments of tenderness and relaxation with your baby from birth onwards, while also taking care of their skin. Enriched with Sweet Almond Oil known for its nourishing and softening properties, it moisturizes, preserves skin softness and leaves it lightly scented. Its soft texture makes the massage easier with a dry, non-sticky finish.

Gentle Shampoo for Sensitive Skin (500ml- AED 22)
Corine de Farme reinvents their shampoo formula for an even safer and more sensorial experience and their sulfate-free formula is perfect for a baby's sensitive skin. This gentle Shampoo is ideal for the daily cleansing of the delicate hair of newborns. The formula, enriched with calendula Flower extract known for its soothing and softening properties, doesn't irritate and respects the sensitive baby's scalp.

Corine de Farme products are available in 100% biodegradable packaging. The brand relies on green and plant-based packaging to ensure they are doing their part in protecting the planet and being conscious of the impact they have on it as humans.
