This year marks the 20th edition of Automechanika, the MENA region’s largest international trade show for the automotive aftermarket industry.

The three-day event is the number one opportunity for the sector to connect, seal deals, explore new partnerships and stay up to date on the latest industry trends.

For 2023, there will be a host of elements to explore. Highlights include AfriConnections, a dedicated track connecting African buyers with global suppliers; the Innovation Zone, which focuses on the future of the automotive aftermarket; and the Automechanika Academy, an informal platform for exchanging knowledge and insights.

There will also be training sessions, seminars and demonstrations in the Modern Workshop.

The Automechanika Dubai Awards for Excellence, meanwhile, will offer recognition and reward for outstanding industry players, and the Tools & Skills competition will provide a fun opportunity to demonstrate tyre mounting and changing expertise.

This year will build on a record-breaking 2022 edition. Then, Automechanika attracted more than 40,000 visitors and over 1,100 exhibitors from 53 countries.
