Park Hyatt Dubai will host private Iftar functions in the magnificent setting of the Creek Ballroom. Whether guests are looking for a place to host corporate Iftars or large private functions in the minutes before sunset, the Park Hyatt Dubai team looks forward to helping everyone celebrate this special month.
Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, Park Hyatt Dubai’s Creek Ballroom will be transformed into an authentic Ramadan tent, serving only the finest traditional Ramadan dishes in an extensive buffet guaranteed to cater to all tastes. The buffet selection will be tailor-made according to the organisers’ requirements.
The Creek Ballroom’s Ramadan Iftar tent is available for private bookings nightly from sundown until 10:00pm and can host a maximum of four hundred guests.

IFTAR AT CAFÉ ARABESQUE
Iftar buffet in a stylish setting, with spectacular views overlooking Dubai Creek.
During the course of Ramadan, Café Arabesque will display a traditional Ramadan theme, offering guests an extensive Iftar buffet of Middle Eastern dishes.
Celebrating the culinary delights of the Levant, Café Arabesque will offer a truly rich Middle Eastern Iftar buffet, featuring more than forty different kinds of cold and hot mezze, soups, and ouzy served with oriental rice, rotisserie dishes, carvings, kebabs and more than ten different main courses; all baked in a wood-fired oven and accompanied by the finest hot Arabic bread.
Homemade Baklawa and a large selection of dates, fruit and desserts will provide a sweet ending to this special time of the day.
Café Arabesque Iftar will be available daily from sundown to 9:30pm and is priced at AED 180 per person, including soft drinks.

SOHOUR NIGHTS AT THE THAI KITCHEN TERRACE
Enjoy a feast of Sohour specialties and shisha in a stunning waterfront location
Park Hyatt Dubai presents Sohour nights at The Thai Kitchen Terrace, an opportunity to share a variety of culinary delights with family and friends as you relax by the beautiful waterfront. A full Ramadan Sohour a-la-carte menu is available with cold and hot mezze, main courses, desserts and traditional beverages.
The Dubai restaurant will open on to the Thai Kitchen’s outdoor garden - which will be fully covered and air-conditioned - and which will offer a large variety of shisha flavours for guests to choose from as they relax and enjoy the authentic ambience.
The option of booking The Thai Terrace exclusively for private Iftar and Sohour functions (for a minimum of 30 people) is also available.
The Thai Kitchen Terrace will be open for Sohour daily from 8:00pm to 2:00am.

- Café Arabesque: Open all day. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 11:30am; lunch from 12:30pm to 4:00pm; Iftar from sunset to 9:30pm.
The Ramadan menu is priced at AED180 per person. No licensed beverages will be served.
- The Thai Terrace: An air-conditioned and tented terrace serving traditional Sohour dishes as well as shisha. Open from 8:00pm to 2:00am.
- The Lounge: Open from sunset to 1:00am. No licensed beverages will be served.
- Pistache: Arabic sweets, cookies and pastries will be on offer from the Park Hyatt Dubai’s chic pastry boutique. Open daily from sunset to 1:00am.
- Traiteur: Closed throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
- The Thai Kitchen: Open daily from 7:30pm to 12:00am, serving the regular dinner menu. Closed for Friday brunch. The Thai Kitchen will serve licensed beverages during dinner service.
- The Terrace: Open daily from 8:00pm to 2:00am offering its regular a la carte menu. Only The Terrace’s indoor venue will be open and serving licensed beverages.
