Ingredients:
-    4 cups of milk
-    ½ cup short rice (Egyptian rice)
-    2 packs of Dream Whip cream
-    ½ cup cream
-    7 tablespoons starch
-    Pinch of Saffron
-    Pinch of cardamom powder
-    Pistachios or nuts for garnish
